Axios – The Hall Pass, the new sci-fi action flick starring Harrison Ford and Jennifer Lawrence, is set to hit theaters in November.
The movie, directed by James Gunn, is based on the book of the same name by science fiction author J.G. Ballard.
The book is a sci-Fi adventure story set in the future in which a group of survivors in a post-apocalyptic world find their way to Earth after escaping the clutches of the Space Nostromo.
It follows the adventures of a group who are part of a small team of survivors who are searching for answers about what happened to their home world.
“It’s been my dream to create something in the space and time of the HallPass to be an original and timeless story, so I can share it with people in the way that Ballard does,” Gunn said.
The movie stars Harrison Ford as a soldier named James Gunn who returns to his home world after his spaceship crashed and his spaceship is destroyed.
The sequel will be the first time in the franchise to be set in space and has been given the name The Martian.
The plot will follow a group that is searching for a lost piece of a forgotten spaceship.
Gunn said the movie will be set during the space age and have a few of the familiar hall pass events, such as astronauts searching for the lost piece, an alien invasion and a crash of a space craft.
The film will have some of the most famous moments from the series, including a chase scene where a giant alien spaceship crashes into a planet, a scene where Harrison Ford’s character escapes into space and the fight between James Gunn and the Space Patrol.
In addition to the hall pass film, Gunn said The Martian will also feature some of his favorite sci-fantasy movies.
The Guardians of the Galaxy is a favorite, and Guardians of The Galaxy Vol.
2 will be coming to theaters soon.
Gunn said he has a “favorite” for the upcoming Guardians film.
While Gunn said his favorite movie is the original Guardians movie, he is most excited about the upcoming sequel.
He said the sequel will also have some classic hall pass moments, including an alien ship crash landing on Earth and the Battle of Atollon, where James Gunn’s character was able to fight off the alien forces.
Also on the set are Harrison Ford, Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Benicio Del Toro, Kurt Russell and Michael Rooker, who plays a scientist named Professor Grant who is trying to understand what happened in the alien crash.
